  •  *Note: Rural acreage parcels, complex residential properties, or properties totaling more than approximately $500,000 in value, may not fall under the normal fee quote. If you feel that your property falls in these categories, please contact us for a fee quote. As well, if you are not registered to do business in the state of Washington and Oregon, then all transaction fees must be collected at the door (COD) or paid when ordering the appraisal.  Appraisal management companies (AMC) must be registered with Washington state in order to provide appraisal services.
